How Tiffany made use of Facebook Groups to grow her audiences

To increase the number of people who joined her group, Tiffany created Facebook Groups and bought similar campaigns that directed traffic to her pages. Tiffany created her first Facebook group around the subject she has a true passion for - Yorkies.

What did she learn from her first product launch?

The woman earned $785 in just three days with a community that was comprised of around 1,000.

How Tiffany has diversified her offerings by asking her target audience

Tiffany went beyond her 22 group Facebook pages and began diversifying her products and services by referring to the most important aspect of any good business -- her audience.

They simply told her what they would like to know so that she could determine what she could offer the next time.

"I'm very keen to ask your viewers what they would like," she reveals. "They will inform you."

In addition to asking, Tiffany listened to the people she served, and that is how she came to the best way to serve the people she was serving.

"Wow it's a need," Tiffany realized. "People are eager to know about what they can accomplish to begin a side-hustle to make some additional money, or be able to leave the job to be able to work for themselves full time."

Then, she followed the thing she was most comfortable with by reusing her process of starting the Facebook group in order to respond to the questions of her followers one at an time.

Tiffany is so dedicated in serving and interacting with her audience that she's created a monthly "Talk Tuesdays with Tiffany" event to the audience.

"I will simply inquire with my students about their needs, and what they want to learn If it is in line with what I've completed, and that I have been successful with, then I teach it to them," she explains.

In one instance, she invited her audience members to be interested in and would spend money on a book.

"Well, if I created an instructional guide, or some other thing to help you out with this and give exactly the same instructions could that aid you out?" she asked. "Would you consider that something you'd like to know about if I charged a minimal amount?"

The response was an overwhelming "yes". Tiffany took note, and then launched an online sales site before putting together the guide, then ran livestreams to help get the message out there and collect additional feedback from the audience.

What did she earn? She made $1,100 on her first livestream alone.

Naturally, the whole thing wouldn't have been possible without the support of a dedicated fan base, and when it comes to cultivating an audience, Tiffany is top-of-class.

How Tiffany gained her loyal followers

To build her following, Tiffany focused on serving her audience by answering the audience's questions, and continuing to ask questions about what they would like to know.

This became -- and remains her main priority and purpose for the Rich Girl Collective Community Facebook group with 35,000 members large.

It's not as difficult to understand, Tiffany grew her fanbase organically. The audience she was able to attract from the Facebook page so greatly that they wanted to invite other members to join, and the group grew from there.

"They started inviting people, and the group grew like that," she shares. "And the moment I got people in the group, and they began expanding, they began inviting members . . . After that, it got bigger."

This is so much that Tiffany's could have more than 1,500 people who wanted to get into the group at one time.

The goal is not to have massive numbers of her group, however. Even though it's 35,000 members, she wants to ensure that it remains "authentic as well as organic".

Wondering how she keeps this group "authentic and organic"? Two points.

Indeed, one of Tiffany's guidelines is to provide 90% of the value for free and sell the last 10%.

This is because people believe, "her free stuff is amazing, and I'm unable to picture what it is like to have her pay material can be as."

The second goal of Tiffany to keep the goals of the group is to focus on quality over the quantity of member requests. Which means she's very selective with who she allows to join her group. All members have to have the proper fit with the group.

"The group might have had 100,000 members in the past, but we don't accept anyone consider to be not suitable for the environment we live in," she affirms.

Through keeping her Facebook page authentic and organic, Tiffany has created a community that is loyal. So loyal that it requires just three individuals to oversee.

"There three individuals running the team," she reveals. "Me as well as my mother and one person who is an undergraduate student and has become my best friend."

What is the best way to go about keeping track of such a huge group that is only a handful of people?

The loyal tribe steps in. The tribe members are basically in a moderation.

Tiffany's followers are so loyal that they manage her Facebook group, keep an eye out for spam, guide new people to her other products, and also answer each other's questions.

What was the process by which Tiffany transitioned from physical to digital products

After Tiffany discovered that she could successfully serve her audience with information-based items, she jumped completely digital with her products.

Tiffany's advice for creators who want to launch their business is to simply start and learn as you go.
