Speed is the winner in SaaS.

I had a conversation with growth specialist Frederic Linfjard, and we talked about the causes SaaS firms don't necessarily increase their growth as fast as they should.

"It's called growth, but it's all about speed," Fred told me. "How do you speed up the process of automating the internal process so that you are able to concentrate all of your attention on the product you offer, customers' value and creating a great experience?"
