Danica LarsenIt could be exciting and deeply inspiring sensation of knowing that I've created something from me- my interesting persona throughout my entire life. It was pleasing to see that I was noticed by people and was welcomed with warm welcome and gratitude with smiles and a smile. This was not just due to having an exact number of points. This was the way I felt when being viewed and at other workplaces that I've visited, but also for the kind of person I am and the accomplishments that I have surpassed the number. It was a pleasure to be a well-known individual. This was truly inspirational.

Louise Cherry Barber: This is a great award and is well-deserved. What I'm most curious about is the way you speak about certain moments or tales that you've heard and especially doing the work which you put into the benchmarking program was well-received by a few individuals. Could you provide us with more information about the initiative?

Danica LarsenYes you're right. I've put in a lot of effort to the point that I'm delighted to be the recipient of this recognition. It's not surprise to learn that our benchmarking plan is one of the items that has been recognized as we're just beginning developing our plan, meaning there's an enormous amount of work that needs to be completed. Furthermore, I'm thrilled to discover that many people are enthusiastic about the project. As it is expected to deliver enormous value I really hope that it will bring many advantages that will not only benefit the business itself, as well for our clients suppliers, customers, and even our vendors. And we'll help with our customers by providing recommendations on the most effective way to increase its growth, which we've observed as a sustainable success an idea that has had tremendous success. We're pleased to see that the idea was first revealed during the initial phase of beta testing. It was extremely interesting, since it indicates that a lot of people all over the world are aware of the potential benefits.

Louise Cherry Barber: Recently, we updated our values for our company. The new values include: Be Different by learning about yourself and showing your absolute commitment. I'm curious about your opinions on the values that we have adopted.

It means that they are looking at the circumstances, making quick decisions in taking quick decisions. This is how I operate. Danica Larsen Danica Larsen is the only one who understands I'm talking in my own personal way. It is crucial to keep an eye on the extent you are able to. When working on different accounts, both from the business and the vendor along with all others whom we meet must be aware of the demands and motivations. We can decide what to do and how to act. It can be described as "seeking to understand" and it is done by ignoring the situation. My tip is number one. It's all about being mindful of the people who live in your vicinity.
