Tell us more about you: your background, your hobbies, and your career

I'm an avid fan of the character Mr. Rogers and always wanted for a way to aid others. It led me into 20 years of customer service. I'm in a position to assist, help troubleshoot and cheer on our customers!

     Eyal enjoys searching for the most exciting restaurants    

After a friend's push to look it up I opened an old-fashioned restaurant, and after 6 years I've not even thought about the idea. If I'mn't helping my customers and serving them food, I'm either on searching for a new hidden gem or plotting my next excursion to the beach with my loved ones, sipping coffee with one hand while eating something with the next.

What would your normal day work here at En?

Every day is a thrilling, fresh experience! I'm able to help clients from around the globe and help them solve their issues. If it's informing them about the benefits for members or delving into a problem that's difficult to solve, I'm glad to be here and make it easier for clients.

As AI becoming a growing technology for communication, I concentrate on keeping our human helper in place, creating authentic connections, proactively seeking their requirements, and making sure everybody is supported, well-informed and equipped to reach their goals.

Recall an experience you remember fondly with our (potential) clients. What issue or problem they faced and how you resolved it

A client wanted to provide an offer to its members isn't available from the start. Instead of telling them "no," (we do everything we can to avoid) I devised a an innovative solution using our API.

The solution they chose was a perfect fit for their requirements and worked perfectly! We were all thrilled with the result which turned an obstacle to a success.

Your opinion on what makes a great membership business?

It is my belief that keeping subscribers engaged is the key to creating a successful subscription company. If creators can connect with their members as well as their clients and their members, it's more than just the transaction of money, but creating an environment where the customers feel as a part of the company.

What have you learnt at ?

It has been my experience in the past that a clear and effective manner of communication are crucial for customer service regardless of whether it's either in person or on the web. Although online support can seem easier, choosing the wrong tone or employing confusing language can result in customer discontent.

The PREACH model of communication (Proud, Responsible and Empathetic in addition to being an articulate and concise) is crucial when working with every client.

I truly love working with my team of support since everyone is a model of the same characteristics when it comes to customer interactions. What's the most important lesson? Communication is a skill that is developed through repetition as well as a determination to make improvements from any errors you commit.

What are the three tips you would give to someone within your industry or department?

Three suggestions for success in customer support:

  1. Ask questions, followed by additional questions in order to understand your client's needs and find the source of the problem.
  2. Be sure to contact them on a regular basis in case you don't get a response. The customers appreciate your efforts to follow up, especially when everyone is working.
  3. Make sure you keep the promises you make. Believing in the promises made to your customers creates trust and guarantees longevity of satisfaction. It was said you'd contact them at a specific date, so don't forget!
