An overview of the latest features and enhancements

This has been a very busy summer here in's virtual headquarters! In the last few months, we've added dozens of brand new designers, engineers as well as customer service reps to help you more efficiently as well as to enhance the capabilities and experiences that you require to succeed.

Without further delay Here are a few examples of how we've been striving for you to ensure your experiences are even better.

Live-streamed Lessons using Zoom

This has been one of the most frequently requested features and we're eager to announce!

It also means that all your reporting will be in one place, giving you a holistic view of the students' performance and completion rates.

Get connected with your students via Intercom

Highways.io). Intercom is a live chat tool that allows you to interact directly with your site visitors and students.

Improved User Experience

We recognize that features are only effective if you are able to actually use them! We're constantly striving to make your experience fluid and our service more intuitive. In this regard, we've implemented some important improvements:

1. A better Site Builder

In addition to the courses in themselves Site Builder allows you create personalised websites to promote your classes and/or offer members-only content.

• It is now possible to edit your site directly through the live preview -- just click the section you want and then jump in.

• The process of selecting a location for your landing page buttons is now much clearer and easier.
• You can now reorder custom fields in your sign up request form.
    Custom fields let you capture important information about your customers when they sign up. Previously, once you had entered the required fields into your form you could not change them, without losing information. The new form allows you to drag and drop your fields as and when you wish!

2. A clearer picture of the things your students are seeing

We have improved preview functionality to make it easier for you to look at your classes from your student's perspective. You now have three choices of how to view the course from a student's perspective:

• preview of the lesson currently in progress: This will display the lesson that you currently are selecting in the course builder. If the lesson is a draft that is not yet completed, you'll be able to see it to test it.
• View all lessons in the course The preview will show you all of your lessons beginning with the first lesson of the course. If any lessons are in draft and not yet completed, you'll have access to these for the purpose of testing.
• Course preview as an enrolled student The preview course is a preview of all your lessons starting from the first lesson of the course. Similar to how a student experiences your course when any lesson is in in draft that you cannot have the ability to view the lessons!

3. New Question & Survey Reporting by Student

A lot of creators opt for our powerful assessment features that include Quizzes, Assignments and Surveys. But, up until recently, it was a bit difficult to locate the entire list of assessments available for one student.

Now you can find the "Quiz & Survey" option within every student's profile. Here you can see each individual's performance throughout the various courses they're taking. It is now possible to:

• See all Quizzes and Surveys the student has taken part in.
• See scores for each quiz
• Download CSV of all individual answers. CSV of each individual answer

4. Better Coupon Management

Coupons can be a reliable and flexible tool that allows users to give discounts and even B2B sales that charge a one-time price for the entire group and then distributing coupons at 100% off for redemption.

We've added a few modifications to make managing coupons even more simple:

• It is possible to use the search bar to find particular coupon codes
• Now you can see the total quantity and remaining coupons together in one handy table
