Her professional experience spans more than twenty years as an entrepreneur to her job, including having a 6-figure agency in content marketing prior to launching her business of coaching in 2015.

We recently sat down with Becky to discuss how her company has grown in the past few years. We also reflected at the road she took to build it. The company is moving through a period of transformation and she is focusing on special work with entrepreneurs of mid-size along with their advisors along with employees.

"What drove me down the coaching path was my brother passed away during the year 2010. He died from an overdose of heroin. The incident really awakened me during my sleep," Becky explains.

"I was a person who's life consisted of one of "shoulds," going through the motions and performing everything women are expected to accomplish. I realized that my time isn't enough to spend doing things that aren't what you want."

"I did not know exactly the thing I was seeking. However, I knew that was not the case," Becky remembers. The writer paused his work and returned to her mother. Becky could begin developing her own writing firm. "It was something I had an understanding of and was proficient in. Then I realized that what most wanted to achieve was to help others break out of the "shoulds"."

Then she began coaching.

"I discovered that I can assist others through similar issues that I've been through. This is where I discovered it's the thing I'm meant to be doing. This is what I'm destined to be doing."

The work she did as the owner of an agency, as well as a greater desire to support others makes her special perspective the best fit for coaching about mindset.

"I'm definitely far from being an experienced strategist, or consultant, but I'm an instructor. When asked about the challenges that she faced in establishing her own business of coaching, Becky laughs. "There was no challenge I did not face. I'm confident that I've conquered every challenge."

In retrospect, Becky finds this common assumption that people who do not work full-time from the beginning aren't convinced of their abilities. which can cause harm and privilege. "I didn't know this when I was younger and I was numb and feeling that I wasn't performing well as I had to write for a livingand survive."

She recalls the thought "Why was I not able to make my coaching efficient and quicker? What's wrong?"

Most people will not get their dream job for all time. That's okay! This can be a gradual process, but it's not an excuse to not be dedicated or an excellent business manager.

"I was required to perform myself to free me from all the feelings of guilt and shame, and acknowledge that the suggestion to commit completely to something[was not practical for many people."

"The greatest challenge I faced at first was figuring out the possibilities of gradually shifting my writing for a different business." It was the intention to shift her work at a rate that was 25% per year. The first time she did this, she had 75percent writing and 25% coaching. "Honestly that's only the second time there's been one word that's composed" Becky tells us.

"That was an extremely long and lengthy process. Then, letting it go and releasing the burden of it as well as recognizing that it's good enough could be the most effective approach for anyone to begin a new venture without feeling that they must put everything they have into the endeavor or trust in their capabilities."

Becky had a difficult time being CEO and recognizing the importance of her position and appreciate the importance of the larger.

"You are an independent business owner and you can become a solo entrepreneur, you may become the sole owner of a tiny firm by hiring a number of consultants . But, you're still the boss, you're an executive and a visionary," she emphasizes.

"It's about having confidence as well as saying, "I'm confident in my ability. I'm capable of the task.'"

Becky's professional life is going through shifts in her job. She is now focusing on the coaching of small company owners and employees .

There are several factors that led to this shift.

Her job is tied closer to the knowledge she has gained from her experience and personal experiences in her role as a business owner.

Becky's time and talent can be a blessing for other people. This earns Becky her the highest income.

It's the job she loves the most.

Based on her own experience, Becky wants her clients to feel "the changes that occur within you when you conduct your business like a business and treat yourself like the CEO."

"I have dealt with individuals, and I still do. However, I'm working with females, typically those who manage mid-sized businesses," she describes. "It's focused on ensuring that the workplace is a harmonious one for the employees. Additionally, it is about helping employees or advisors to provide their employees with guidance so that they are more harmonious in their work."

This will impact Becky's bottom line as well.

"You are charging higher for coaching because you charge more], and you must find someone who will make the same profit with guides costing $7, or even courses valued at $200. It's my job to market numerous [courses and guides[courses and guides]. It is my responsibility to identify a wide range of potential customers to add to my options since only around a tenth of them transform to something."
