Although many children get an early entrepreneurial start through selling their sweets to family and classmates, Morgan Hipworth took his initial interest in food and cooking into the next level. Young founder of the popular Australian bakery Bistro Bistro Morgan is in a position to discover a love of food via cooking programs when he was just seven years old.

"I watched other kids on the news working toward their goals , and I thought to myself, 'If they're able to do it, then I should be able to achieve it, too," Morgan says. Morgan put that belief into actions "Each week, I'd cook three courses for my parents and family and then serve the food at the table of my extended family," he says. "I expanded my clients to my extended family , offering freshly baked desserts to celebrate birthdays and other events." At age 13 I was contacted by a local café to be the sole responsible for the provision of baked goods and desserts.

"Being at a point to be able to share an engaging story that really makes people want to listen is a fundamental part of building a customer base," He states. "Connection is the main aim, and is what makes a one-off customer into a long-term customer who will remain loyal to you throughout their life."
