From viral piece to the business strategy
Rio's beauty routine, which made the rounds was one factor. The transformation from the moment to an opportunity was an arduous and nerve-wracking.
"When I was finished with my studies at the school of estheticians, I knew that I had a desire to establish an organization that was more personal and intimate" Rio says. "I was totally scared and I'm sure a lot of others have been when they start an enterprise."
"When I started my first project that was in the beginning and I was trying to make sure that I'd structured my consult in the most efficient way feasible, and so I began by offering around 20 free consultations to my friends prior to launching and asking them to provide me with some feedback," she adds. "Because having the information I needed, I was in the capacity to overcome any difficulties once I had begun getting my first clients. This was vital because it meant that once I had launched my company I was able to acquire a lot of expertise and launched my venture with a lot of confidence."
