Honoring excellence: Jon Tewes Receives the Q4 2023 Springie Award -

In the span of 9 years, it comes at not much of a surprise Jon Tewes has won the Q4 2023 Springie Award! Jon is a senior experienced Solutions Architect who has repeatedly shown the real meaning of Springie's core values - Create a difference, seek to understand, and act with Urgency - through his lifestyle with a strong dedication to passion and compassion.

Jon's contribution to the team is demonstrated by the strong relations he maintains with his teammates and customers alike. In his time working at the Amsterdam office, Jon effortlessly worked closely with the entire team to help build our relationships across the distance. The result was a variety of private 1:1 sessions with the sales team. This included SDRs, AEs and managers. A highlight of this global collaboration was exemplified in Jon's decision to change his schedule, allowing him to begin his day early for four weeks to personal instruct our sales engineer Marco Aguero. Marco was able to begin working on his own with customers within a matter of weeks due to the work. Our chief people officer, Louise Cherry Barber, was able to meet (virtually) to speak with Jon regarding his award and his experience working at .

Jon's commitment to his job and devotion to the firm's principles have helped him become an integral member of our team. Jon's positive outlook and ability to help in assisting others, and his problem-solving skills have made an enormous impact on the people who work with him and the overall health of .

Louise Cherry Barber: Jon Congrats on winning the Springie award. It's been awhile since we announced it. We hope you're somewhat shocked when we announce it.

Jon Tewes:Absolutely am I awestruck. You know, that's what we count on as a teamthat are our PSI team. They are the most remarkable groups of individuals I've worked with. And to listen to the things that they had to discuss the work that I do was truly touching. It's also possible that these same words can be turned around and pointed right back to each of their fellow members. All of us have each other's backs. What each one takes part in is something that we are accountable to perform as a collective in good times as well as bad. When things don't go as planned, we're all there to come together to make things better. So I couldn't have done without them. They're extremely important to me. It's more than the prize for certain. The award was definitely great to receive.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's fantastic. Also, it was very memorable for me as an individual observer of all team members being able to gather telling stories about the experiences you've had. It's a pleasure to hear about how important the group is to you as well as the experiences that you've experienced with us. If you consider your experience with Springie Award as a positive one, then you're doing a great job. Springie Award, and living by the principles of making a difference in gaining insight and acting promptly manner Do you have any suggestions to give to the people -who know you've spent almost nine years. What can you do to ensure that your life reflect those principles? What can you do to make them real?

Jon Tewes:You have to know that I've worked with many different businesses with different value systems. The values that we have at the moment closely reflect my fundamental values. Thus, not living them could be a bit alien to me. The decision isn't something I'm conscious of to make, it's an effort I make to achieve. It's how I go about my day. Being aware, making an impact and being committed to your work are basic guidelines that I follow each day. We're working closely with sellers that are beginning to get involved. The key is to empathize with the sellers, and helping them understand exactly what's going on and then finding the solution quickly. We'll also provide sellers with the most enjoyable shopping experience. Selling is the way that I live every day. It's really nice to are the type of business what I'm currently operating, which means that I don't have to try.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's easy to forget about it when it's element of who you are. As you think about your experience in this space, what do you consider to be some of the most rewarding things about being here ?

Jon Tewes:Well I'm sure that you've noticed I've been here for a long time. However, at the core of all that is my excitement to be here You know, and what's the reason? This is because, as I've mentioned before I am a person who has a lot of friends and colleagues I work with. I think it's better for students at school. And the platform that is available to us, within the area of merchant of record, is an innovator in the field, and I am able to collaborate with these incredible people who are shaping the future of . This is the main reason why I'm here.
