In just 9 years, there is not be a surprise Jon Tewes has won the Q4 2023 Springie Award! Jon is a seasoned Senior Solutions Architecture professional who has displayed the example of our fundamental values - Making A Difference, Try to Understand and Take Action with Urgency by his way of life which is centered by the power of empathy and enthusiasm.

Jon's influence is apparent in the grounded relations he maintains with colleagues and customers. If he had the opportunity to be in our Amsterdam Office, Jon effortlessly worked closely with all the team members within the office. He was able to help to strengthen our connections across long distances. It resulted in a series of individual sessions with employees from our sales team, that included AEs, SDRs and managers. The highlight of this worldwide collaboration was Jon's change to his personal timetable so that his days were super earlier for four weeks straight for him to direct the sales manager Marco Aguero. Marco could begin working with clients independently within a couple of weeks due to it was a team effort. The Chief People Officer of the company, Louise Cherry Barber, was able to sit down (virtually) to discuss with Jon concerning his honour as well as his time at .

Louise Cherry Barber: Jon Congrats for taking home the Springie award. It's long more due. So, we're hoping you weren't a bit shocked at the time we announced it.

Jon Tewes:Absolutely shocked. It's amazing what we are as a group -- in our PSI team, one of the greatest group of individuals I've worked with, and listening to what they said about my work was truly moving. However, similar phrases can be easily directed at each of their respective members. Everyone has others backs. Whatever we does individually is credited to our collective efforts in good or bad. Therefore, if anything goes wrong and there's a problem, we'll all join forces in order to correct the situation. This is the reason I wouldn't have been able to achieve without the assistance of my fellow friends. They are very important to me. it's greater than the award definitely. But, it felt great to get.

Louise Cherry Barber: It was awe-inspiring. And it was really special as an observer to hear all your colleagues have an opportunity to share stories of your experiences. It's also a great opportunity to learn what the importance of the team members to you as well as to your overall satisfaction at work. If you're thinking about that you have won the Springie Award, and living by the principles of Being a Change Maker, Trying to Understand, and Acting in urgency What advice would you provide to others who've worked for over nine years. How do you -- every day, follow these principles? What can you do to bring these principles into your your daily life?

Jon Tewes:You know, I've been involved in a variety of organizations that have different value systems. And the values that we're living currently are in complete alignment with my fundamental values. Thus, living in a different way is little alien to me. It's not something I have consciously decided to make, but rather something I try to accomplish. This is how I view the world. Making a difference, understanding and the significance of what that you do are the fundamentals which guide my work each every day. Our team is working closely with sellers who have been onboarded. It's about interacting with their needs, helping them comprehend the root of their issue and then figure out the answer quickly and provide them with the most pleasant experience for selling is exactly what I do every day in my life. I'm happy to have a business that truly mirrors my way of doing things. do it, so I'm not even obliged to perform anything.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's easy to ignore it when it's an integral element of who you are. When you reflect on your experience in this place which were your best experiences in this space ?

Jon Tewes:Well it's true that I've known you for quite a while. At the heart of it, I'm jazzed to get my job done, you know, and what's the reason? You know, I mentioned the people before and the that I collaborate with. I think it's better to be in a class. We have a platform to access, inside the space of merchants of record We are the leaders and I get to work with those amazing individuals on the development of what's coming in the next few years .
