Over the past 9 years It's no as a surprise Jon Tewes has won the Q4 2023 Springie Award! Jon is an accomplished senior Solutions Architect who has repeatedly shown the exemplar of Springie's fundamental values - Create an impact, Search to learn, and move With Urgency with his life style that places a an emphasis on compassion and a sense of humour.

Jon's contribution to the business is demonstrated from the close relationships he has with his colleagues and customers. While taking time to work at our Amsterdam office, he seamlessly collaborated with our entire team there, really helping to build our networks all over the world. This resulted in a range of one-on-one meetings with various members of our sales staff, which included AEs managers, SDRs, and AEs. One of the highlights of this international cooperation was the alteration of his own working schedule that allowed him to begin the day in the morning, four weeks before his scheduled start time to personally teach our Sales Engineer Marco Aguero. Marco began meeting with customers solely in just a couple of weeks as a direct result the work. Louise Cherry Barber: Jon I would like to congratulate you for winning the Springie award. It's long overdue. Therefore, we hope that you weren't too shocked at the time we made it official.

Jon Tewes:Absolutely amused. It's amazing how we function together as a team - that's the PSI team. This is one of the most impressive groups I've ever been part of. And hearing their thoughts on what I do was extremely inspiring. However these exact words could be reversed and pointed right back to each of them. All of us have backs to each other. What each one performs is something that we are obligated for as a whole whether we think it's good or bad. So if something goes wrong, we're all there to come together to fix the issue. Therefore, I wouldn't be able to have achieved this without the help of them. They're very meaningful to me, and, you know, greater than any award. However, the prize definitely made me feel great.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's incredible. It was truly amazing for me as an observer of everyone on your team being capable of sharing their memories of the positive impact you've had. It's nice to know about how significant your team members could be to your overall experience here. When you think about the award you've been given, called you're contemplating the Springie Award, and living within the spirit of Making a Difference Looking to Learn and acting in a timely manner What advice would you have for people- you know, you've been here for nearly nine years. What do you do to in your daily life, live by those principles? How do you apply them in your life?

Jon Tewes:You are aware that I've been involved with a lot of different organizations with various characteristics. What we have at the moment are in some ways a reflection of my values. Thus, not embracing these values seems strange to me. There isn't any conscious thought that I'd like to make. Just the way I approach life. Be a positive influence and knowing the importance of what you're doing are the core values which guide me in my job every day. We're directly working with sellers who are getting on board. It's about empathizing with them and working with them to fully understand what issues they are facing to find a quick solution, in turn, providing them with the best experience for selling is how I am being a part of my everyday life. I'm happy that we are able to run our business similar to how I do it and I don't need to contemplate the idea.

Louise Cherry Barber: It makes it easy to forget about it when it's an integral aspect of who you are. Reflecting on your time in this space, what were some of the most rewarding things about being there ?

Jon Tewes:Well I'm sure that I've been with you for a long time. At the underlying of my being, I'm excited to get my work done. know, but how did that happen? It's true that I've have mentioned before the folks I work with. It's more effective when you work with them in a the class. The platform we have, in this market of merchants of record is leading, and I'm privileged to being a part of that amazing team to really mold the direction of our future . That's why I'm in this position.
