Louise Cherry Barber: Jon I would be happy to congratulate you on receiving the Springie award. It's been awhile since we've made the announcement. We hope that you're pleasantly surprised when we announced it.
Jon Tewes:Absolutely amused. You know, what we have in a team -- in our PSI team. A group of the most amazing of people I've been member of. And hearing their thoughts on my work was extremely moving. But the same words could be flipped around to target each one of them. All of us have each other's backs. Anything that one of us does individually is credited collectively as well both good and bad. If something doesn't work, it's our responsibility to jump into the fray to solve the problem. This is why I could not have achieved it without the assistance of my friends. They're extremely valuable to me. By that they are more important than this award in all respects. The award was definitely great to get.
Louise Cherry Barber: That's awesome. And it was really special as an observer, and listening to team members being able to gather telling the stories of your experience. It's also a great feeling to know that the team's importance could be in your own experience in this place. If you are thinking about the award, it's the Springie Award, and living by the principles of creating a positive impact and seeking to know the importance of acting with urgency. Which advice do you offer to people -- you know that you've been around for nearly nine years in this position. How do you feel that you do in daily life, live by those principles? Which is the best way to implement them into your life?
Jon Tewes:You know, I've been involved in various companies that have different values. The values that I'm currently living closely mirrored to my fundamental values. Therefore, not living the values I'm living is a bit odd to me. This isn't a deliberate goal that I would like to achieve. This is just how I go about my every day every day. Understanding, making a difference, and being urgent about the work you do are fundamental elements that form the foundation of how I manage my work each day. It's true that we work closely with sellers who have been registered. And you know, empathizing with them, helping them know what the problem is, and then figure out the solution quickly and providing them with the top service for selling is my method of doing my job. It's wonderful to have a company which is similar to how I already do it and don't have to contemplate it.
Louise Cherry Barber: It's easy to forget about it, since it's an integral part of your identity. When you reflect on your time on this planet, what were the most enjoyable things about living in this place ?
Jon Tewes:Well I'm sure you've noticed that I've been around for a good while. However, at the core of my being, I'm excited to complete my task. So, how did that do I get this? The reason is that I've mentioned before, my colleagues, those I work with, it's ideal to be at school. We have a platform to utilize, is within the market of record space we are the ones leading and I'm privileged of working with these amazing individuals who will shape our future . It's the reason I'm here.
