pricing

retention

Traffic:Get the most people to your website.

ConversionConvert more of the people you are bringing into your funnel.

Pricing: Charge more.

Keep in touch: Keep them as customers longer.

That's it.

If you're working on your business and you're not working on one of these four aspects, no matter what else you're doing isn't expanding your business.

Determine which one of these four levers is the one that's most broken, and dedicate the most time you can for that particular lever.
