Louise Cherry Barber: Jon I'd appreciate your congratulations for winning your Springie award. It's long more due. Therefore, we hope that you were somewhat shocked when we made the announcement.

Jon Tewes:Absolutely amused. It's amazing how we're together as a team as a PSI group, which is one of the most incredible groups of people that I've been part of, and hearing the things they said about the work I do was truly moving. But, equally quickly these same thoughts are able to be rearranged and directed at each person. It's true that we all have each others backs. Whatever any one individual performs is something we take responsibility to do as a group, whether it's positive or not. If something doesn't work, it's our responsibility to join forces to fix the issue. So, I would not be successful without the assistance from my family and friends. They are very important to me, and they are more important than this award. The award was definitely wonderful to receive it.

Louise Cherry Barber: This is awesome. It was really amazing to be an observer as well as hearing the members on your team to connect and share your experience. It's wonderful to hear how important the team's importance is to you and the experience that you've experienced at work. As you contemplate your experience with the Springie Award, and living up to the values of Making a Difference in the world, pursuing understanding and putting your efforts into action with urgency What advice would you have to those -I know you've been here for more than nine years. Do you have any thoughts -what are your ways to live the values? How do you bring them into reality?

Jon Tewes:You are aware that I've worked with a lot of different businesses that have different values. What we're currently living have a lot in common with my core values. Therefore, not living them is odd to me. It's not something I'm conscious of to make, it's something I try to do. This is how I conduct my everyday life. Being able to make a difference, knowing the importance of what you're doing are our fundamental principles that just make my day. We work directly with sellers that have begun to adopt. And you know, empathizing with them, working with them to fully understand what they are facing, work out an answer quickly and then providing them with the very best service in selling is the way I am doing my daily routine. I'm glad that we are an enterprise that reflects the way in which I have been doing it for years, so I don't even be required to do anything.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's easy to not think about it when it's the basis of your existence. Reflecting on your time in this space, what are some of the most satisfying elements of your life ?

Jon Tewes:Well I'm sure that you've noticed I've been around for a long time. But at the base of that, I'm excited to complete my task You know, and what's the motivation? It's because that, as I've said before those I work with. This is the most enjoyable when you're in the classroom. We have a platform to work with, is within the world of sellers of record We are the top of the line and I've been given the pleasure of working with these amazing individuals to really mold what's to come in the next few years . This is why I'm here.
