We created a platform to publish articles (without even having a website!) when we launched the native tool for email newsletters ("Posts") last October. We've now made Posts an area where it is possible to build and create an online community for your posts through the inclusion of comments and Likes.

Your members can engage as they would on other platforms, by liking posts and commenting, as well as making comments of their own, as well as editing and deleting comments.

You can enable, disable, or lock these options anytime giving you complete control over the community experience.

As an administrator, you are able to view every published Post while logged in to your account. You can also comment on it and edit abusive ones. It is also possible to track the engagement level of all Posts and sort them according to the highest number of likes and comments to inform the future Post Topics.

Remain loyal to your members by ensuring they come returning for more, with updates

Users are more engaged whenever they feel the community is alive and they'll be informed of the latest likes to comments when they have any Posts open within their browser. This is disabled for users by default (and not available in the case of iOS and Chrome to Android) however they are able to enable it from to the Posts index page.
