Louise Cherry Barber: Danica I am delighted to inform you that you've been chosen as our Springie Award Winner for our 3rd quarter of 2023! Tell me, what does it mean for you to be awarded the Springie Award here at ?

Danica LarsenIt is really satisfying and, like, genuinely touching to know that I've brought a bit of myself and my unique persona throughout the course of my work. It was also good to know that others had observed it and were greeted and acknowledged with an optimistic attitude. It was not just for reaching an amount that was set, as is how I was acknowledged and also at other places I've worked for, but because of the person I am and my achievements in addition to a specific number. It was a pleasure to be recognized as an individual. I found that really heartwarming.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's incredible and well-deserved. And one thing I am interested in is for you to talk about your top moments, that is, the ones you've have heard about. you heard, but even particularly working on the project you did on the benchmarking initiative is being lauded by certain individuals. What can you tell us about the project?

Danica Larsen:Yes, I put on a lot of effort that I'm just thrilled to have it acknowledged. I'm sure I was shocked to learn that the benchmarking initiative is one of the initiatives that were mentioned as a result of being in the early stages of the process, and there's still a lot of work that needs to be completed. Therefore, I'm delighted that everyone's excited about the initiative. Since it's likely to bring tremendous value, I really hope it's going provide much value, not only to us as a corporation as well as our customers, vendors, too. And we'll help in the best way possible by giving us some insights into how we can grow over the years, and what will be a great fit for us and is a great way to ensure it's a success. It's amazing to see that it was announced in the initial phase of the beta stage, as well as beta stage was amazing since it implies that others are seeing the advantages too.

Louise Cherry Barber:What ideas can you suggest for people who aren't in your circle ? Who would like to live these values? Do you have any advice on how to make those happen?

Danica Larsen: It's only me I know that I speak only from a personal point of view. However, I believe the most important thing is to be as attentive as possible. While working with different accounts, sellers and companies, all who we work with is cognizant of their demands as well as the reason behind it that determines what we can accomplish and the way we ought to behave. This is known as "seeking to understand" and it's not possible to do this without paying attention. That's my number one tip for success: just to pay attention to the opinions of others.
