Connecting to your authentic self. It is the essence of who one is.

Angela Maria Sierra, a spanish-born artist that portrays the true her as well as the feelings she's experiencing. Her work is presented in the form of models who have a full and emotional experience full of sensitivity and pleasure.

She is known to the realm of art as Riso Chan - the portrait artist as well as an artist currently working as teaching in The Netherlands. The artist has just begun her artistic journey with the creation of videos as well as her own YouTube channel! This is something she's wanted to do for a long duration of. With courage, in spite of the stress of speaking in front of cameras, she made the most enjoyable video on her personal life as well as job and the environment within which she lives.                Artist Vlog - Riso Chan

Riso Chan is embracing her real self in art:

My work is deeply emotional. I create pictures that depict the emotions I am feeling. My entire life has been sensitive. Since I was a kid, I've had a feeling which made me feel uncomfortable and I tried to clear it out my system. (...) When you get older and realise that everything is normal and everybody feels different. I decided to use the emotional energy I have carried into my daily existence and begin to paint. I use it to inspire my imagination and spark the imagination of others. It's amazing that the thing I was trying to eliminate all throughout the day was finally gone. I sat it down on sheet of paper and felt feeling a massive satisfaction. There is finally an opportunity to utilize this feeling, and use the emotions, pains as well as joys, and then note them down. It was truly a wonderful experience and led me to the place of being grateful. It started to resonate with a lot of people too. It was a time where I began to think about putting thoughts on paper that I had never thought of prior to. As opposed to trying to become the same as other artists who have "made it", I really tuned on what I wanted to convey and who I am in my own right. I accepted something I was unhappy with in my self, then realized that it was actually my greatest strength. I'm really content being my true, sensitive self.
